To show our appreciation for your donation of $150 to the Southbay Festival of the Arts, TOCA will pull out all the stops to provide you a true VIP experience:

  • Reserved VIP parking
  • VIP seating at all concerts throughout the day
  • Access to air-conditioned VIP Lounge with complimentary food and beverages**

** Food will be prepared by caterer Jean Cordero of Entertaining Friends and will feature a delectable array of appetizers, entrees and luscious desserts just for you!  Beverages will include wine, beer, coffee, tea, soft drinks and water.

Festival Guide

Parking

Free parking is available at the Cultural Arts Center. Shuttles will be running for the duration of the event to other parking areas.

Directions

The Torrance Cultural Arts Center is located near the corner of Torrance and Madrona Blvd.

Traveling On The 405 

Take the 405 Fwy South and exit at Crenshaw Blvd. From the off ramp, turn right onto Crenshaw Blvd. and travel south to Torrance Blvd. Turn right onto Torrance Blvd. and travel west to Madrona Ave. Turn right onto Madrona Ave. and turn into the first driveway on the right hand side. The Torrance Cultural Arts Center is the large multi-building complex to your left once you have entered the parking lot.

Traveling On The 101 

Take the 101 South to the 110 South to the 405 North and exit at Crenshaw Blvd.  From the off ramp, turn left onto 182nd St., then make a left onto Crenshaw Blvd. Travel south on Crenshaw to Torrance Blvd. Turn right onto Torrance Blvd. and travel west to Madrona Ave. Turn right onto Madrona Ave. and turn into the first driveway on the right hand side. Los Angeles
