Congratulations to the 2019 Winners!
Each year at the South Bay Festival of the Arts, the Torrance Cultural Arts Foundation hosts a juried fine art and photography show for local artists. Each show recognizes the best pieces of original mixed media arts, and the best original photography. Selected applicants had their pieces shown at an exclusive exhibition during the Festival.
For each show, an awards judge selected the top four pieces to receive the Ken Miller Fine Arts (or Photography) 2019 Award for Best of Show, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. The Fine Arts awards judge for 2019 was nationally exhibiting artist Adam Normandin, and the Photography awards judges were Mark Comon and Michael McKinney.
The winners of each show received their accolades during an awards reception at the end of the South Bay Festival of the Arts. The artwork or photography of all the winners will be featured on the TOCA website, featured in three Armstrong performing arts programs, and the artists will have unlimited rights to use the TOCA award logo to promote their art.
